Coronavirus: Our Response

With the rising concern surrounding coronavirus we want to assure both our candidates & clients, that in the event of the situation worsening, it will be business as usual at R13. We have a continuity plan in place based upon the government advise of anticipated increase in cases, the overview of which we have included below for your information.

Steps we will be taking:

Working from home - Based on our technology and culture, we have the opportunity for all team members to work from home with no disruption to the recruitment service we provide. We have made the decision to commence home working from Friday 20th March.

Meetings – We envisage for the interim period that face to face meetings and candidate interviews will be via video / conference calls. A tool we are using is Microsoft Teams which has now been made available for all to use completely free of charge, click here to get it.

Telephones - Our telephone service is cloud-based, meaning it can simply be redirected to our mobiles, and therefore we foresee no issues within this. Plus, you can always contact us directly on our mobile numbers any time.

Maintaining hygiene standards - From a day to day perspective, R13 have introduced enhanced cleaning services in the office, as well as supplying anti-bac handwash / gels and tissues to all employees. We are checking in with the team daily to assess their wellness and have a policy in place in line with NHS guidelines for self-isolation. We have provided all guidance to the team from the NHS in terms of managing personal hygiene.

How will this affect you?

We are confident that the above steps will eliminate disruption to our services and we will be able to adapt our service to be able to work through this situation. We appreciate the support of all our clients and candidates during this time.
