How did you get into recruitment? I was made redundant and so was looking for some temporary work to keep me busy. Walked into the first recruitment office on the north side of London Bridge and they offered me a perm trainee consultants role starting the next day! I started, worked my way up, stayed 8 years and loved it!
Favourite thing about working in this industry? It’s addictive and I love how unpredictable people can be. Constant headache and challenge, but always hugely entertaining!
How would you sum up your career in recruitment so far? Pretty great, but can’t remember most of it, so think it was all pretty good! (at least that is what I have been told!).
After a hard day’s work, what is the one thing you look forward to doing? Seeing what my dog, Bentley has destroyed at home!
Any hidden talents? Played Squash for Norfolk and can also can get hold of Ice Cream!
Your desk - clean and tidy or a lover of the paperwork? VERY tidy.. Maybe too tidy!
Best thing about being apart of the R13 team? Professional approach and yet constantly entertaining collection of personalities that make coming to work in the mornings an absolute joy.
