How did you get into recruitment? I got into recruitment after years in car sales as I enjoy talking to people and finding out how I can help them. So, instead of finding people their next car, I am helping them find their dream job or perfect candidate!
Favourite thing about working in this industry? The challenge of finding the best people for some great companies.
How would you sum up your career in recruitment so far? Hectic! There is always someone to speak to and something to do – which makes the weeks fly by!
After a hard day’s work, what is the one thing you look forward to doing? Getting home to see my little girl just in time to read her a bedtime story.
Any hidden talents? I have played the saxophone since I was 7.
Your desk - clean and tidy or a lover of the paperwork? Bit of a notes lover, but tidy by home time.
Best thing about being part of the R13 team? We all help each other and ridicule each other in equal measures!
Motto in life? If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
Tea or coffee drinker at work? Unashamed coffee snob, black cafetiere coffee no sugar please!
You’re at work, it’s lunch time – what do you have? If it was a proper Friday treat it would be a Gonzos burger – otherwise it’s whatever’s brought in from home.
Describe the R13 team in 3 words: Recruitment, done right!
