Rthirteen are pleased to be working alongside a commercial manufacturer in their search for a Sales Coordinator to provide support to customers, consultants and sales colleagues to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
The responsibility of the Sales Co-ordinator is to qualify incoming calls, handle customer enquiries via phone and email, provide quotations, record and update customer details on the CRM system and support the team with administrative duties.
You will have experience within a B2B environment, excellent communication skills, be organised, as well as having high attention to detail and strong IT skills. If you enjoy a role where you can get stuck in, support an office and bring fresh ideas to improve systems and processes, then this may be perfect for you!

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday – Friday, 8:30am -5pm with one hour for lunch. The offered salary for this position is £19,948 per annum. This role offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
