Rthirteen are pleased to be working alongside a commercial manufacturer in their search for a Sales Coordinator to provide support to customers, consultants and sales colleagues to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.

The responsibility of the Sales Co-ordinator is to qualify incoming calls, handle customer enquiries via phone and email, provide quotations, record and update customer details on the CRM system and support the team with administrative duties.

You will have experience within a B2B environment, excellent communication skills, be organised, as well as having high attention to detail and strong IT skills. If you enjoy a role where you can get stuck in, support an office and bring fresh ideas to improve systems and processes, then this may be perfect for you!

Duties to include:

  • Preparing quotations, ensuring the customer has all information required to make informed choices.
  • Actively contacting customers regarding their quotations, gaining feedback and sending relevant information to be actioned by the sales team.
  • Handling incoming customer queries, via telephone and email, offering excellent customer service.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Releasing orders and coordinating delivery via a logistics provider.
  • Monitoring deliveries and collections.
  • Raising returns and associated debit and credit notes.
  • Updating documentation, CRM & other spreadsheets.
  • Liaising across all areas of the business and third-party suppliers.
  • Supporting with general office administration duties.

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a customer sales/administrative role in a B2B environment.
  • A great communicator, with a love of conversing with a wide variety of trade business people, building engaging, professional working relationships with customers and colleagues along the way.
  • Experienced within a customer sales / sales administration role.
  • Solid IT ability with Microsoft Office including Exceln & Word.
  • Organised, good at managing your own time and accurate with those all-important finer details.
  • NAV experience would be highly desirable.

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday – Friday, 8:30am -5pm with one hour for lunch. The offered salary for this position is £19,948 per annum. This role offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
