Rthirteen are currently supporting an international, multi-billion service provider in their search for a Customer Service Assistant for their team in Fakenham. Within this role you will be supporting the customer service function by liaising with customers to ensure high quality service is delivered and maintaining & developing strong working relationships to meet customer needs.

Duties to include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, working to enhance and rebuild customer relationships.
  • Handling customer communications via email and telephone, in a timely manner.
  • Managing customer accounts, ensuring regular contact is maintained.
  • Carrying out preparation for customer meetings and preparing quotations.
  • Assessing activity/risk/service failures.
  • Reporting feedback on customer issues to Account Management team.
  • Managing revenue generation workstreams.
  • Monthly financial reports and analysis.
  • Analysing lost business and complaint management data to gain customer insights.
  • Providing advice, support and training where necessary.

You will have/be:

  • Previous customer service/account management experience.
  • Customer focused with a drive to provide high quality service and solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential as is ability to work methodically.
  • Great analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong IT schools include Microsoft Office Suite & Dynamics.
  • Able to perform tasks efficiently, dividing time between administration and client service.
  • Well organised with good time management.
  • A collaborative approach.

This is a full-time opportunity on an 11 month fixed term contract. You will be working Monday – Friday either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. The offered salary for this role is £20,000 plus quarterly bonus.
