R13 are working in collaboration with a safety technology company based in Norfolk in their search for a Sales Account Manager to work with US clients and develop sales opportunities in the USA.  

You will be technically savvy with strong previous sales experience, ideally from a SaaS and B2B background. Confidence is key when developing working relationships with clients across various industries and you will utilise your sales skills to drive business growth.

Duties to include:

  • Developing and managing a sales pipeline in the USA.
  • Identifying new opportunities for sales and driving lead generation.
  • Managing the full customer sales cycle from qualifying incoming leads through to closing deals.
  • Onboarding new users to trial.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
  • Gathering information on key feature request from prospective clients to feedback to the product team.

You will have/be:

  • Previous SaaS & B2B sales experience, ideally with some overseas experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A client focused approach.
  • Confident in writing and presenting client demos, presentations and proposals.
  • A self-starter that can manage their time, succeed while working remotely.
  • Previous experience in a technology/digital marketing environment is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday-Friday, with flexible hours based around your country of work and the option to work from home. The offered salary for this position is £25,000 per annum + on target earnings (up to £55k).
