R13 are currently partnering a leading digital tech company based on the outskirts of Norwich to recruit for a Client Development Manager. The focus of this role is the delivery of revenue, service alignment and strategic positioning of key products and services across your portfolio of accounts.  

This is an autonomous role requiring you to effectively manage your own diary. If you are confident developing client relationships, alongside managing your own portfolio of accounts and using data/tools to drive business growth… then this may be a great opportunity for you!!

Duties to include:

  • Actively delivering on revenue targets with existing account and across new clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all clients within your portfolio.
  • Creating and managing the overall sales plan for the account.
  • Identifying account activity to ensure appropriate revenue/growth is achieved.
  • Proactively engaging with clients to generate forecasts, producing reports to management and ensuring a consistently strong pipeline is maintained to deliver targets.
  • Ensuring customers receive product content for online launches and these are delivered on time.
  • Maintaining records of all client communications.
  • Using data and tools to drive business growth.

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a sales position, with a proven track record of delivery results and managing revenue targets.
  • Experience of key account management, strategic sales planning and implementation.
  • Strong relationship building skills and confidence communicating verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to understand the customer’s needs and deliver based on those needs.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising duties to deliver against targets and deadlines.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with capability to work on your own initiative.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressured environment s part of a diverse team.
  • Interest in developing knowledge of the eCommerce industry.

Based at the company head offices on the outskirts of Norwich, this is a full-time permanent opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm. Offered salary of £28,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including 23 days annual leave + bank holidays and increasing incrementally with number of years’ service, free onsite car parking, contributory pension scheme, death in service, company laptop & option for hybrid working.
