Rthirteen are currently supporting a fantastic manufacturing organisation in their search for a Project Manager to join their team in Halesworth. Working with some great customers/brands, your role will be to take ownership of the product development process, bringing new products from initial concept through to launch, all whilst developing strong working relationships with your customers. Nothing will beat seeing the products you’ve worked on, on the shelves and online.

You will be a highly organised individual with previous project management experience and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will be joining a passionate bunch who work hard to create an inspiring and supportive working environment and who really care about each and every member of their team.  

Duties to include:

  • Delivering exciting and ground-breaking new products as you take ownership of the process from initial concepts to launch.
  • Acting as the lead point of contact with key customers and managing those accounts.
  • Using your experience and knowledge to nurture and develop customer accounts.
  • Regularly liaising with customers to provide updates and discuss strategy.
  • Managing an Assistant Account Manager ensuring they are fully supporting accounts.
  • Exploring potential new market opportunities with key accounts which will feed into conception idea creation and expanding of brand offerings.
  • Managing service departments to ensure timelines are met and reporting any issues to management.
  • Support in the creation of presentations, designs, mock-ups and technical brief documents.
  • Manage all costings and quotations for approval.

You will have/be:

  • Previous project management experience, handling the whole product life cycle.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong team player and experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Pro-active with a positive, go-getter, attitude.
  • Strong IT Skills included Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday – Friday from the teams new refurbished offices. The offered salary for this role is £26,000 - £38,000 dependant on experience.
