R13 are working in partnership with a leading software firm in their search for a highly enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking Customer Success Manager to join their Norwich team. Within this role you will act as a first point of contact to customers, providing outstanding levels of customer service, supporting customer’s in the set up of software on their website and providing ongoing support to customer’s accounts handling any queries that arise.

This is a full time, permanent role working from offices in Central Norwich. The offered salary for this role is £22,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience.
