R13 are working in partnership with a leading software firm in their search for a highly enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking Customer Success Manager to join their Norwich team. Within this role you will act as a first point of contact to customers, providing outstanding levels of customer service, supporting customer’s in the set up of software on their website and providing ongoing support to customer’s accounts handling any queries that arise.

Duties to include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for product, service & technical support.
  • Carrying out product trials, pilots and customer set up.
  • Ensuring customers benefit fully for their partnership with the organisation and get a good ROI.
  • Ensuring accounts are running as planned and dealing with issues that arise.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to prepare demonstrations as to how the company’s solutions will work with potential customer’s websites.
  • Assisting in the implementation of software on customer’s websites and helping to configure that account.
  • Providing training to customers on how to use the software on their website.

You will have/be:

  • At least 1 years Customer Service experience, ideally from within a software/SaaS background.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of website builds.
  • Proven experience of CSS & HTML.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships, both internal and external.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic with the ability to motivate & inspire.
  • Adaptable to change, whilst being able to challenge effectively.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.

This is a full time, permanent role working from offices in Central Norwich. The offered salary for this role is £22,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience.
