Rthirteen are currently supporting a fantastic manufacturing organisation in their search for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Halesworth. Working with some great customers/brands, your role will be to maintain and progress orders, liaising with customers along the way and handling any queries that arise.

You will be a confident individual with previous customer service experience and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will be joining a passionate bunch who work hard to create an inspiring and supportive working environment and who really care about each and every member of their team. 

Duties to include:

  • Handling customer queries via both telephone and email.
  • Managing a set group of customer accounts.
  • Creating and sending weekly reports.
  • Dealing with product order/branding/packaging changes and passing information on to customers.
  • Organising and planning orders with customers.
  • Supporting project managers with the completion of client queries.
  • Distributing and organising delivery of new product samples.
  • Dealing with any complaints that arise.

You will have/be:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Professional and confident manner both over telephone and via email.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to empathise and ability to build strong working relationships.
  • The ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information
  • Proven ability to provide accurate and clear responses to customer enquiries.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer literate with experience of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Confident working as part of a team and individually.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday – Friday from the teams new refurbished offices. The offered salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience.
