A truly rewarding sales opportunity has become available joining our client’s city centre sales team. Working as part of a small dedicated B2B team, this role incorporates dealing with mainly incoming led enquiries, communicating with clients regarding products and services available and using a consultative approach, managing the 360 process from initial enquiry to close of sale. With significant and uncapped earning potential it’s a great opportunity for a driven, hardworking individual.

You will be a driven sales professional, with a proven sales track record and strongly motivated by excellent earning potential.

Your duties will include:

  • Responding to all B2B inbound queries via phone, email and online web chat.
  • Pro-actively contacting customers from warm sales leads and campaigns.
  • Managing accounts and converting from initial interest to closing of the sale.
  • Preparing quotes and contracts and upselling additional services and most suitable products.
  • Working to and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Managing own pipeline
  • Providing consultative sales of complex high value products.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
  • Logging and maintaining accurate CRM Records.

You will have/be:

  • Provide proven examples of achieving set sales targets and KPI’s
  • success in a selling environment, capable of managing own pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills to enhance sales values and conversion.
  • Be highly tenacious and motivated.
  • Able to Provide Advice and Guidance/ Consultative sales
  • Be highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise workload.

Based at company offices in Norwich city centre offered salary is up to £25,000 depending on experience with Uncapped Bonus Scheme (OTE up to £45,000+). Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
