R13 recruitment are representing a highly established organisation in their search for a Financial Advisor. Joining a team of experienced professionals, the purpose of your role will be to provide clients with an expert financial planning advice, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy are being continuously utilised.

The successful individual will have completed their level 4 diploma and have experience of working in a financial advisory capacity. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a growing firm, with a fantastic local reputation and passion for what they do.

Your duties will include:

• Providing high quality financial planning support to a range of clients.  
• Meeting with prospective clients for the purpose of gathering new clients and assets for the firm.
• Following up on all potential leads.
• Establishing relationships with a wide range of providers.
• Preparing accurate financial plans for clients.
• Articulating advice plans to customers coherently and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all activities remain compliant with policy, legislation and risk appetite.

You will have/be:

• Level 4 Diploma DipFa or equivalent qualification.
• Optimistic outlook; sees opportunities not problems.
• The ability to demonstrate an adaptable approach to work within a changing environment.
• Good numerical skills and knowledge of financial products.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; is confident, dynamic and assertive.
• Able to work under pressure, prioritising workloads.
• Organised approach, methodical and logical.

Full training will be provided to the successful individual. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm with some flexibility. Offered salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
