Rthirteen are currently supporting a fantastic, award-winning consultancy in their search for a HR Consultant to join their growing team in Norfolk/Suffolk. Your role will be pivotal in delivering top tier HR support that meets the business needs of clients. No day is the same as your clients’ needs will vary from one call to the next.

Working from home, you will join a team of highly experienced HR consultants who will support you and the work you deliver every step of the way to ensure you succeed, thrive and grow in your role.

** Whilst this role is home based, you must be willing to travel to clients when necessary. **

Duties to include:

  • Ensuring there is a clear alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Providing high quality HR advice to a clients on a range of issues such as employment law and best practice.
  • Seeing complex HR projects through to completion, these could include restructures, job evaluations, pay reviews etc…
  • Developing a range of HR resources that can be used by clients which could include contracts, handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Providing support to clients with the recruitment and onboarding, understanding their business needs and how to ensure smooth onboarding of new staff.
  • Developing and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders.
  • Occasional site visits to support the HR function.

You will have/be:

  • CIPD qualified, ideally to Level 7.
  • Proven experience working in a HR role with a focus on business partnering/relationship management.
  • Knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee relations, reward and operations.
  • Exposure to working across multiple-sites.
  • Knowledge and experience of using HR Systems.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Presence and appearance of confidence and capability when working with a client.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 35 hours per week. This role is home based. Offered salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience plus performance related bonus.
