Rthirteen are currently supporting an international, multi-billion service provider in their search for an Account Manager. Within this role you will be providing support a portfolio of accounts (across Norfolk/Suffolk) ensuring regular contact is maintained and developing strong working relationships in order to ensure future loyalty to the brand.

Duties to include:

  • Providing support and customer service to a portfolio of accounts across Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex.
  • Ensuring customer retention where possible.
  • Cross selling where appropriate to drive revenue.
  • Developing strategic customer account plants and executing these.
  • Staying in touch with accounts to ensure service is meeting their needs.
  • Building and developing strong working relationships with clients.
  • Value and maintain a customer and partner focus through building effective relationships with customers.
  • Identifying, meeting and exceeding expectations and treating both with dignity and respect.
  • Analysing lost business/complaints data and implementing action based on this.
  • Collaborate with others within the account management to create a good experience for your customers/partners.

You will have/be:

  • Previous account management experience would be ideal but candidates from other backgrounds will be considered such as sales/service management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Established relationship-building skills - persuasive and influential when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Task focused as well as people centred.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
  • Relentless, results-oriented, someone that wants to go the extra mile to get the job done.
  • Logical analytical problem solver with extremely strong attention to detail.
  • Able to set clear goals, devise plans, attend to appropriate details and meet deadlines.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday – Friday. The offered salary for this role is up to £32,000 dependent on experience with great earning potential available for the future. For this role a company car will be included.
