Rthirteen are proudly assisting a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their team in Norwich. This is a varied, hands-on role that will have you not only taking responsibility for the development of marketing campaigns/strategy but also the creation and delivery of digital content for use across various platforms.

Duties to include:

  • Overall responsibility for marketing campaign strategy, creation and execution.
  • Evolving CRM platforms and tools to measure performance and user experience.
  • Utilising your creative skills to develop engaging content in line with marketing strategies.
  • Writing and reviewing creative and copy briefs, alongside editing for various digital assets.
  • Liaising with internal teams to establish best practice and innovative solutions.
  • Adjusting campaigns to suit targets audiences across Europe and beyond, gaining a key understanding of these markets and how to target effectively.
  • Carrying out research and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current news/trends that will impact marketing strategy.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer in meetings and working to improve products/services.
  • Presenting projects/plans to senior stakeholders within the business.

You will have/be:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing position, ideally from within the B2B sector.
  • Strong understanding and experience of the full marketing mix and best practices.
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns internationally with the ability to effectively tailor content.
  • Experience managing and reporting on campaign activity within marketing automation systems (e.g. SalesForce, Hubspot etc..)
  • Experience of multiple and complex stakeholder management, including managing agencies
  • Strong attention to detail whilst having the ability to see the bigger picture to create the future and earn customer loyalty.
  • A confident and strong communicator who has the experience of working cross-functionally and influencing at ease.
  • Someone who works well in a team and has a ‘get it done’ together mentality.
  • A challenger mind-set, with an attitude to experiment and learn fast and deliver creative new ideas

This is a full time, permanent position, offering a hybrid of office and home working. You will be working Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm & 8am-6pm on Fridays. The offered salary for this opportunity is competitive dependant on experience.
