Rthirteen are supporting a dynamic eCommerce retailer, based in Norwich City Centre, in their search for a Customer Care Advisor. You will handle all customer queries and issues between placing orders and receiving items via telephone, email and live chat, ensuring customers receive high levels of customer care.

Duties to include:

• Providing support to customers via telephone, email and live chat, ensuring they receive high levels of customer care.
• Delivering knowledgeable and accurate levels of information to customers regarding order and delivery processes.
• Working with customers to bring delivery and product issues to a conclusion satisfactory to all parties.
• Liaising closely with internal teams to resolve delivery and product issues.
• Identifying potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities for associated products and delivery options.

You will have/be:

• Proven experience in delivering high standards of customer service.
• The ability to work well under pressure with a calm, methodical and positive approach to all situations.
• A can-do attitude with a strong commitment to achieve positive reviews/feedback.
• A natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with an empathetic and motivational approach.
• Strong communication and listening skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Previous experience in a furniture/homeware related environment is desired but not essential.

This is a full time, permanent position working 8:30-5:00, Monday to Friday. Located in Norwich City Centre, this opportunity offers a hybrid of office and home working. The offered salary for this position is £21,053 per annum.
