Rthirteen are currently supporting a fantastic organisation in their search for a Customer Operations Manager to join their team in Norwich. This is a new created and very hands-on role, focused on further developing client relationships and improving the customer journey.
You will be a highly organised and tenacious individual with previous experience managing client and customer relationships, as well as recognising and implementing business and process improvements. This is an expanding business, so there is plenty of opportunity to develop in line with business growth plans.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday – Friday, either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. This role offers hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The offered salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience. Benefits for this role include a company car, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, statutory pension, free car parking and more.
