Rthirteen are currently supporting a dynamic and modern organisation who are at the forefront of manufacturing within their niche sector, in their search for a Compliance Administrative Assistant to join their team in Suffolk. You will be handling requests from key stakeholders and ensuring all products are in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. An exacting eye for detail, an enjoyment for working at pace and the ability to undertake research are the key skills you will need.

You will need experience of working in a busy office with a strong regulatory and quality assurance ethos and the ability to prioritise, plan and organise day to day activities ensuring efficient and effective performance. Duties to include:

  • Preparing necessary compliance and regulatory documents.
  • Preparing and collating documentation into Product Information files.
  • Undertaking independent research to identify additional information, as required.
  • Liaison with suppliers to gather additional information / documentation.
  • Testing proof results to confirm compliance with mandatory tests for products.
  • Creating reports for safety assessor for external testing.
  • Advising on labelling and compliance with what the customer requires.
  • Maintaining the database of raw material information.
  • Liaising with external organisations and completing product and ingredient validation and certification.

What we need from you:

  • Exceptional administrative experience with a focus on document control / coordination.
  • Confident in dealing with technical/complex information.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • The ability to use own initiative and consider the wider implication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Helpful and positive manner and an optimistic, pragmatic, and flexible approach to change.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working from newly refurbished offices based in Suffolk. The offered salary for this position is £24,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience.
