Rthirteen are currently assisting a renowned and highly experienced financial services organisation in their recruit for a Compliance Assistant to join their team. The main focus of this role will be supporting the internal compliance department in providing compliance services to the wider business and minimising potential risks.

Your duties will include:

• Daily checking of the compliance diary and assigned tasks as needed.
• Accurately recording data for reports.
• Checking the inbox, actioning and forwarding emails as required.
• Checking documents and files.
• Updating Model portfolios and document templates.
• Following approval, creation of Adviser Profiles.
• Delivery of Breach Report when requested.
• Issuing the Newsletter.
• Positively representing the company at all times and complying with relevant company procedures.

You will have/be:

• Previous administrative/data experience.
• Financial service background is not essential but desired. 
• A good general standard of education including English & Maths.
• Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite.
• Organised and with a methodical approach to work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Reliable, professional and able to use initiative.
• A keen attention to detail. 
• Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Able to work to own initiative & as part of a team.

This is a full time, permanent position working from offices based in North Norfolk. The offered salary for this role is £20,000 per annum.
