Due to continued growth and success, an exciting opportunity has become available to join a dynamic global digital marketing organisation as a Campaign Executive. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of campaigns and ensure that their service expectations are met and exceeded where possible.

Duties to include:

• Supporting the team with launching new clients on their campaigns.  
• Carrying out administrative duties for key publishers.
• Liaising regularly with clients to ensure all documentation, creative assets and contracts are received, to ensure a smooth process overall.
• Handling queries from new Publishers.
• Feeding information back to the rest of the team and acting on findings as appropriate.
• Assisting in delivery of growth plans for Publishers including future opportunities.
• Working with Data Analyst to produce effective reporting and influential insights for commercial team to strengthen proposition.
• Handling performance data, analysing statistics and identifying trends.

You will have/be:

• Confidence in building and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Experience in prioritising workload to ensure all deadlines are met.  
• The ability to remain focussed and positive in a challenging, fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills coupled with ability to tailor approach for the target audience.
• Confidence to use initiative but refer to another department when a task is out of your ability.
• Capability to identify and analyse crucial details in complex situations.
• A solution orientated approach, able to analyse information and identify issues with solutions.
• A Commercial mind-set with ability to grow the business profitably.

Working from head offices in a prime Norwich City Centre location. This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with flexi hours offered upon successful completion of probation. Offered salary of up to £20,000 dependant on experience. Comprehensive benefits package is offered including; 25 days annual leave + bank holidays and company pension scheme.
