The purpose of this role will be to provide support to customers through inbound calls and emails, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.

This is a full time, permanent position working on a shift basis with shifts falling within the following hours; 8am-7pm Monday to Saturday and Bank Holidays & 10am-4pm on Sundays. The offered salary for this position is £17,000 - £19,000 dependant on experience. The benefits of this role include; 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, nearby parking and company nights outs.
