R13 recruitment are assisting a market leading, national organisation in their recruit for a Project Co-Ordinator to join their growing team. In this role you will be creating and managing the operational client delivery plan using the Project planning system, ensuring that all projects are achieved at a high standard and meeting the client’s requirements.

This role will ideally suit someone with previous project management experience who enjoys handling complex, multi-dimensional projects. You will be joining a fantastic organisation in an exciting, varied and challenging role.

Your duties will include:

  • Creating and effectively managing client delivery plans, utilising the company’s Project Management system.
  • Effectively communicating any changes to the plan to all relevant parties.
  • Scheduling of the plan in order to ensure all aspects are executed properly and within the planned timeframe.
  • Ensuring the plan is successfully performed through careful control and monitoring of all activities.
  • Liaising with third parties, confirming their ability to meet requirements.
  • Proactively resolving issues where possible before escalating to third party suppliers.

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a similar role handling complex, multi-dimensional projects.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan and report on multiple projects at one time.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate and network with a range of professionals.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and creative software.
  • Good understanding of project management concepts.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to work with deadlines and targets.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain.

This is a full time permanent role working Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. Offered salary of between £23,500 - £28,000 plus a competitive benefits package including; free parking, company sick pay, standard holiday, 28 days including bank holidays plus a day for your birthday.
