Rthirteen recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established, national ecommerce business to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor. Joining the company’s expanding Customer Service team, your role will have you utilising both your English and Dutch language skills to deal with customer enquiries, engage with customers and maintain excellent customer service at all times.

You will be someone who is comfortable on the phone and enjoys dealing with people from all walks of life. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multilingual individual who is passionate about providing high levels of customer service, to join a company with established goals for the future and a real commitment to their employees.

Your duties will include:

  • Respond to a high level of inbound calls, processing orders and giving advice when necessary.
  • Communicating both verbally and in writing, in both English and Dutch.
  • Answering customer’s queries generated through social media or email, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Staying up to date with the latest company products, services and promotions to be able to provide the correct information to customers.
  • Resolving customer disputes where necessary.
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the company system and supporting administration processes within the department.
  • Liaising with other members of the department in order to ensure smooth communication.
  • Creating and maintaining collaborative relationships in order to work effectively as part of the team.

You will have/be:

  • Fluency in Dutch.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellent levels of service.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fact paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven approach to work.
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment would be beneficial.  

This is a full time, permanent position working 42.5 hours a week covering 8:15am-5:15pm Monday to Friday, one in four Saturdays and one in six Sundays.  This role is based in Norwich, offering £18,750 per annum.
