Rthirteen recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established, national ecommerce business to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor. Joining the company’s expanding Customer Service team, your role will have you utilising both your English and Dutch language skills to deal with customer enquiries, engage with customers and maintain excellent customer service at all times.
You will be someone who is comfortable on the phone and enjoys dealing with people from all walks of life. This is a full time, permanent position working 42.5 hours a week covering 8:15am-5:15pm Monday to Friday, one in four Saturdays and one in six Sundays. This role is based in Norwich, offering £18,750 per annum.
