R13 are assisting a business process outsourcer in order to help them recruit a Team Leader. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 agents ensuring customer service always remains of the highest standard and that the team are working productively.
If you have previous contact centre experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing the highest quality service to clients then this may be the role for you.

This is a permanent, full time position based in Ipswich. The role works on a bi-weekly shift pattern, working 1 in every other weekend.
The offered salary for this role is £21,000 - £25,000 per annum dependent on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including: 30 days holiday including bank holidays, company pension, free parking – pool car or mileage expensed for travel and employee benefits platform.
