R13 recruitment are supporting a leading organisation in their search for a Commercial Account Manager to join a specialised team within their insurance product department. The main purpose of your role will be to communicate with recognised clients (B2B) to manage and grow a sales pipeline, handling the full 360 cycle - identifying new revenue opportunities, securing accounts and ongoing renewals. You will be a self-motivated and persuasive individual, looking to join a professional firm within a long-term career role.

This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. This is a salaried position (£20,000) with a potential OTE in the region of c£30,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, enhanced workplace pension scheme and free onsite car parking – based in a central Norwich location.
