R13 recruitment are working alongside a reputable Norwich based Financial Services organisation in their search for a PA/Senior Administrator/Business Support to support a highly experienced Financial Planner / Company Director in providing exemplary levels of support within a fast paced and challenging environment.

The suitable candidate will be experienced within the Financial Services sector with previous PA/Business Support/Financial Admin/Paraplanning background. This is a fantastic chance to join a leading organisation that takes great pride in the team, culture and progression paths they have created. This is a senior role and will hold supervisory responsibility for one other team member.

Duties to include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and client engagement support.
  • Preparation and submission of all new business files.
  • Managing the client review process from booking client reviews through to actioning the review outcome and the audit process.
  • Diary and email management individually and on behalf of Financial Planner.
  • Workload management / planning, ensuring work is completed to a high standard,  on time
  • Workload allocation and management to team member – provision of coaching
  • Liaison with providers to assure a swift process on behalf of clients
  • Ensuring any issues are swiftly rectified
  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email to answer queries.
  • Ensuring income reconciliation is accurate, checking income statements on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring current standards and compliance requirements are met at all times.
  • Submitting requests to the wider Business Support Team when required.
  • Completing draft suitability reports.
  • Accurately inputting data onto internal database.

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience working within financial services practice/IFA is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
  • Proactive in your approach, ensuring deadlines are being met for the business.
  • Have previous leadership experience whether professionally, or within outside interests.
  • Ability to build long term relationships with clients, providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of a business.

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Offered salary is up to £27,000 DOE, benefits also include support to gain qualification if applicable, pension scheme, 21 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking on site, modern office based on the outskirts of Norwich centre plus a busy social calendar as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to culture and well-being.
