On top of the basic salary of £20,300, and uncapped commission package (with which you should be achieving a minimum of £30,000 OTE year one), you will also benefit from a generous 25 days holiday (+ bank hols) and company discounts. Working hours are 37.5 per week with hours of work Monday to Friday 9-5:30 / 9:30-6 / 10:6:30 / 10:30-7.
