R13 are working in partnership with a leading software firm in their search for a highly enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking sales executive to join their new business team. You will be speaking to a wide range of International business customers to gain further interest in this highly regarded software solution. Your role will be to research, nurture and develop warm leads to potential new business opportunities for the sales team.

This role is not for the feint hearted, but the rewards can be superb. You will receive a commission for each appointment booked and these have the potential to mount up quickly! You'll need to manage multiple prospects as well as account manage your pipeline effectively to secure maximum revenue opportunities for the business, but this is an exciting product and superb team to work alongside with excellent future career opportunities.

You will be supported with all the training and development you need in order to help you succeed, whilst being surrounded by a team who want nothing more than for you to do well with in a work hard, play hard environment.

Duties to include:                            

  • Undertaking extensive research on international clients prior to making contact to ensure you have a full understanding of their requirements and the right decision maker to engage with.
  • Developing initial contact with clients to build trust and confidence in you, and the software by utilising a consultative approach.
  • Using initiative to tailor your approach to interact with clients in the most effective manner.
  • Asking intelligent, open questions to establish the client’s needs / perceived needs from their website.
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects through to conversion; conducting regular follow up calls.

You will have:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience within a telephone-based sales role (ideally B2B).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen and ask relevant questions are the keys to success in this role.
  • A driven and enthusiastic attitude, yet able to react and tailor the tone, content and approach to engage the audience.
  • Able to build effective customer relations and close appointments.
  • Highly organised, and able to prioritise work with a sharp attention to detail showing a confident and professional approach in calls.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working from stylish open plan offices in the heart of Norwich City Centre. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 1:00pm – 9:00pm. Offered salary of £20,000 basic with a very achievable uncapped commission structure to achieve a superb bonus, PLUS a comprehensive benefits package.
