R13 are excited to be working with a fantastic, family-run wholesale business to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their team.

This is a brand new role and a truly awesome opportunity to make a massive impact. You would be coming in and taking full autonomy and responsibility for the marketing activities for two businesses, incorporating all elements of online and offline. From identifying needs, creating strategy and owning all elements with both B2B and B2C + D2C markets to delivery of all marketing and ecommerce activity to drive and increase sales and customer retention for the business.

Duties to include:

  • Planning and coordination of website relaunch, including rebranding, creating a strong online presence, and ensuring landing pages reflect target audience.
  • Driving traffic and sales through social media campaigns, across various digital platforms.
  • Research and utilization of alternative online selling platforms for the product.
  • Re-marketing and email campaigns to cross sell, up-sell and increase customer retention.
  • Planning, coordinating and executing on and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Establishing and managing budgets in relation to marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting analytics and results to SMT.
  • Photography and videography to create visual content for Social and Web.
  • Content (written and design) development for SEO, Social, Email, collateral, and web.
  • Developing and delivering paid advertising strategy (ideally inhouse).
  • Creating mutual partnerships for shared advertising into key target markets.

You will have/be:

  • Min 12 months previous experience within a marketing role.
  • Portfolio / examples of your work to showcase your success and experience.
  • Experience of using social media management tools, content management tools, design packages and publishing packages. (the company will invest in those you are experienced and adept at using)
  • Experience of photography and videography, including editing of content.
  • Comfortable in self managing – personally developing strategy and delivering the plan.
  • Calm and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Have the ability to self-manage and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent written and communication skills

This is a full-time position working 9:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required with time off in lieu. Benefits offered include 20 days plus all bank holidays and 1 additional day’s holiday for every year of employment (up to 25 days). Pension. Hardware will be provided in line with the successful candidates experience and preferences.
