R13 are pleased to be assisting an innovative and progressive company in their search for an Account Manager to join their growing team. The purpose of this role will be to provide customer support, maintain excellent customer relationships and be on hand to resolve any issues.

Your duties will include:

  • On boarding of new customers onto the system.
  • Managing existing accounts, providing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Dealing with any customer queries or issues.
  • Liaising with customers regarding data.
  • Ensuring any new projects are implemented effectively.

You will have/be:

  • Previous account management experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office & G Suite.
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Proactive and highly motivated.

This excellent opportunity is based in the heart of Norwich, in modern, open-plan offices. The offered for this role is £20,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience + on target earnings.
