Rthirteen recruitment are working alongside a well-established and commercially successful, agricultural machinery dealership representing some of the leading brands in the industry. Due to growth they are looking to for an Branch & Sales Manager to join their team, based in Suffolk. This role that will involve you developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, generating new leads and managing branch operations.  

This is an exciting role for a strong salesperson with management experience and experience working in the agricultural equipment industry. You will have the chance to create new opportunities, build relationships with some fantastic customers and develop a fantastic branch.

*Please note this role requires travel so a Full UK Driving License will be required*

Your duties will include:

  • Overall daily management of the branch.
  • Handling branch responsibility for equipment sales, repairs, retail sales and administration.
  • Managing and providing support the team.
  • Developing, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Ensuring sales performance targets are reached.
  • Ensuring a fantastic customer experience at all times.
  • Ensuring all databases and customer information is kept up to date, in line with GDPR and other legislation.
  • Representing the company and brand at all times.

You will have/be:

  • Strong knowledge of the Agricultural industry and equipment as well as the ability to demonstrate the equipment when necessary.
  • Proven success in an area sales role, ideally within machinery/high value sales.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a small team.
  • High organised and can effectively prioritise workload.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A passion for providing a fantastic customer experience.
  • Flexible approach to working – able to work extended hours and weekends during peak times.

This is a full time, permanent position working 42.5 hours per week, 8am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid for lunch. The offered salary for this position is competitive, dependant on experience. Benefits include profit related bonus, healthcare and enhanced company pension, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, sick pay scheme and staff discount.
