Rthirteen are proud to be working alongside a leading charity who focus on supporting disables or disadvantages people into employment, which given the current climate it more important than ever.

The charity where awarded a new government funded contract working with supporting participants who hold complex barriers to finding work, sustain employment and support in the journey. Due to success of the project they are looking to expand the team in Kent in order to recruit an Employer Engagement Case Manager to identify and engage with local employers to generate employment opportunities for participants who are ready to move into employment, along with developing relationships with employers, and supporting them to become more inclusive (Such as becoming a disability confident employer).

Your duties will include:

  • Manage the identification and development of a range of work experience placements and vacancies for IPES participants to meet their individual employment needs and aspirations.
  • Proactively sourcing suitable vacancies using various platforms (online, recruitment events, networking).
  • Identify, engage and account manage local employers to develop an understanding of their workforce development needs
  • Provide advice and guidance to support Employers to improve inclusive employment practices.
  • Selling the services provided, such as available funding/ training grants etc.
  • Actively identifying relevant training opportunities linked to employment opportunities.
  • Participate in meetings, group delivery sessions and customer support activities.
  • Producing reports on overall activity and performance as and when required.

You will have/be:

  • Experience of engaging and gaining commitment from employers, local authorities, health service providers and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Previous experience working to targets within the employment, training, or recruitment sector.
  • Strong communication skills and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with internal and external customers.
  • Good knowledge of the local labour market and employers throughout Kent.
  • The ability to manage your own workload with diverse and changing priorities.
  • All round ICT competency levels, able to learn bespoke systems with training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Please Note, you will be required to undertake and pass a CRB check**

The salary offered is dependent on experience ranging from £24,058 - £29,108. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme, death in service, enhanced maternity, funded team activity days, professional development opportunities and travel is expensed at 40p per mile + parking if necessary.
