We are supporting them in their recruit for a Newly Qualified Conveyancer to join them in Norwich. The successful candidate would be expected to manage a varied commercial and residential conveyancing caseload, providing a high level of support to all clients.

This role would suit a Junior Conveyancer or a Legal graduate who has just completed their LPC and is looking to grow their skills and experience within the field of conveyancing. You will be passionate about providing excellent client service, working collaboratively and across teams to ensure great results are delivered.

Duties to include:

  • Managing a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion.
  • Running and managing a full caseload with all aspects of conveyancing. (training will be given where required).
  • Establishing and managing clients’ expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability.
  • Ensure that clients are kept satisfied at all times and to resolve any concerns promptly and courteously and to report complaints for investigation in accordance with office procedures.
  • Assisting senior property conveyancers/partners.
  • Title checking.
  • Willingness to participate in training/self-development/the obtaining of relevant qualifications.

You will have/be:

  • Previous conveyancing experience would be ideal.
  • A good knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • A great communicator being able to build relationships with clients and third parties with efficiency and great customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience in a work setting of multi-tasking skills and being able to work under stress and strict deadlines.
  • Organised and capable of running a significant number of files and work matters simultaneously, prioritise appropriately.
  • A flexible approach and willing to go the extra mile.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday – Friday. The offered salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience.
