Are you a sales magnate with a proven track record in turning data into leads and cross selling additional solutions? Or maybe someone with a tenacity and drive looking for your first step on the sales career ladder? You will be hungry to earn and keen to capitalise on an exceptional commission structure which has been proven to be achievable.

Our client boasts a National portfolio of businesses spanning across a range of sectors and industries. This role will involve introducing new clients to the highly esteemed product portfolio, qualifying and quantifying those business leads and building a client proposition to hand across to the technical sales team.

You will be contacting businesses who are affiliated with the companies sister company, to cross sell these additional solutions, as well as following up on marketing campaigns to brand new client prospects.

The office is based in Norwich, but post training, there will be the option to work from home predominantly, with a weekly day (min) in the office.

Your duties will include:

  • Actively making volume calls to potential customers, assessing the viability of each lead.
  • Engaging prospects in conversation to identify anticipated needs.
  • Early position of potential solutions and the impact they can have to achieve their business goals.
  • Building a prospect preview, encapsulating key information to pass onto the technical sales team.
  • Working to and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Managing own pipeline, using the Salesforce CMS system.
  • Going the “extra mile” to facilitate future sales.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
  • Longer term, additional training will be given to facilitate you to manage the full sales process.

You will have/be:

  • Provide proven examples of achieving set sales targets and KPI’s
  • Success in an outbound cold-calling environment, [desirable]
  • Drive, desire and a high degree of personal motivation to succeed
  • Confident and engaging communicator via telephone
  • Excellent telephone manner – professional and commanding
  • Excellent communication skills to enhance sales values and conversion.
  • Positive mental attitude and able to hand declines
