Rthirteen are proudly supporting a fantastic housebuilding company in their search for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join their team in Ipswich. Within this role you will provide customer care through assisting those purchasing homes, rectifying any remedial items and providing secretarial support to senior management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team.

Duties to include:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers regarding items relating to their properties.
  • Organising and managing the diary/workload of several members of the maintenance team.
  • Actively liaising with various parties in order to resolve issues that have arisen with property items.
  • Corresponding with customers to keep them updated on any progress/changes.
  • Carrying out reports to chase outstanding items.
  • Supporting senior management by typing correspondence, managing their appointments diary and carrying out other ad hoc secretarial tasks.
  • Raising orders.

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a customer service focused role.
  • Previous typing experience or relevant qualifications (e.g. RSA Level 2)
  • Positive and motivated with flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Problem solving and solution focussed ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong telephone manner.
  • Well organised and self-disciplined with the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure.
  • Computer literate with good experience of Microsoft Word & Excel.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ipswich, working 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.  The offered salary for this position is £21,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience.
