R13 are pleased to be supporting a leading employability service provider in order to recruit a Partnerships/Integration Manager to join their team. Within this role you will be engaging with various stakeholders to better understand their priorities, ensure that the provision meets local economic needs and fulfils strategic plans. You will drive service integration and develop innovative solutions.

This role will suit someone with strong communication and stakeholder management skills with previous experience working in an employability/skills focused role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that makes a massive impact on the lives of others and the community.

Duties to include:

  • Managing and supporting a team of Integration Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators.
  • Developing innovative solutions for service users across the region.
  • Driving service integration with a focus on community priorities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of regional, sub-regional and local economic needs.
  • Supporting the development of strategy to maximise opportunities for participants.
  • Maximising opportunities for collaborative working with mainstream & community based service to enhance participant success of finding employment.

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience in an employability/skills focused role.
  • Strong relationship/partnership management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Team management experience.
  • The ability to think strategically particularly with regards to problem solving / issue management.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Full UK driving license and a willingness to travel.

This is a full time, permanent role working 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday & 8:30am – 4:30pm Friday. The offered salary for this position is £43,000 - £47,300 dependant on experience.
