Last night, rthirteen’s Louise and Ben headed to St George’s Works for the second SearchNorwich meetup. This was an exciting event, that offered Louise and Ben the chance to learn more about search marketing and provided them with the brilliant opportunity to network with individuals from various industries.
This time round the charity spotlight was on East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) to provide some information about the charity and how to get involved. The event also featured presentations by Eloise Partridge from Selesti and by Craig Campbell about blackhat SEO.
This is what Louise and Ben had to say about their evening:
“There were some great speakers including Elodie Partridge from Selesti, who demonstrated how to structure content within webpages, using techniques such as content crunching. Craig Campbell gave a great speech on the differentiation between whitehat and backhat SEO, using some very sneaky shortcuts! Very informative with some brilliant speakers!” – Louise Prowse
“Was a busy night with full capacity, great pizza, refreshments and a very enjoyable and informative evening. Can’t wait for the next one!” – Ben Parravani
A massive thanks to Mark Cook for organising such a fun-filled and informative event, we at rthirteen cannot wait to see what the next SearchNorwich event has in store.
